But it’s not just by the provision
and management of services that Severnside can add value to
your business. Via the technology we employ you can be provided
with quality management information designed not only aid
the control of your business, but also keep you abreast of
ever changing legislation, as well as operating within best
environmental practice.
For example Severnside operates a national fleet of Mobile
Compaction vehicles designed for the collection of packaging
waste from hand collections, through wheelie bins and up to
larger containers capable of holding three quarters of a tonne
of cardboard. This entire fleet is fitted with on board weighing
computers that are operated prior, and after, every load has
been collected- wheelie bins and manual lifts included. This
ensures that each customer picked up can be given accurate
weight loads for all collections carried out.
Likewise, weighbridges within our depots ensure that all collections
and dispatches are accurately recorded and documented. Such
information is fed back to the Customer Care Centre where
it is made available for you, the customer. Consolidated invoices
also provide part of the management information available. |
